Does Yoga make you fit?


The Mind Body Clinic will be starting Yoga classes in September. We wondered if it really makes you fit. Research proves that dramatic improvements can be made to your flexibility (unsurprising), muscular fitness, body composition (e.g. fat content) and cardiovascular fitness (perhaps surprising). Indeed, one 81 year old yoga instructor from Florida is the same weight and height as when he was at college.
