Goal Setting – Thinking SMART


In order to set a goal, and accomplish, it you will have to think SMART. It is important that your goal is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Bound – if it is, it will be easier for you to stick to it, as you will know exactly what you want to accomplish.
