Sports Massage & Reflexology are back!
The Mind Body Clinic has been open since the 8th June and we have completed over 200 appointments since then in a secure, safe and risk assessed environment. We are also delighted that both Sports Massage/therapy and Reflexology treatments are now available following the issue of new government guidelines.
Thank you to Mario, our physiotherapist, for completing the WHO Infection Prevention and Control for Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) course.

Outdoor Yoga
Sunday morning classes will now take place
simultaneously both on the clinic deck and online.
You can join any of our yoga live online classes for £5 / £6 a class by booking on the website.
