We are here to support you at any stage in life with a choice of qualified clinical psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists. We offer a safe space for you to work with your mental health at any stage of life at the Mind Body Clinic.

Vicky Norris

Vicky Norris is a counsellor with nearly fifteen years experience of working with adults and young people from the age of eleven upwards. Vicky works with individuals and couples with issues such as anxiety, depression, confidence/self-esteem and she has extensive experience of working with loss, diagnoses of life changing conditions and loss of the sense of who you are. Vicky has worked, and still works, in a number of different settings such as KIMS hospital on the psychological medicine team and in London with the RNIB. Vicky has worked for many years with those who have lost their eyesight either due to an eye condition or through an accident, as well as seeing those who may be in the process of receiving treatment for a condition or illness. Vicky combines a variety of clinically proven psychological therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, and others.

Sarah Jane Sellors

Sarah Jane Sellors offers a combination of psychotherapy and counselling services. Sarah currently works in a number of different settings, including the NHS, school environments and MIND. Sarah has an integrative approach to therapy, meaning that she is able to draw on a range of different counselling and psychotherapeutic theories, models, and techniques, allowing her to adapt a therapeutic style to suit your needs. It can sometimes be helpful to reflect on issues and life challenges in a more creative, imaginative, and playful way. Sarah offers the use of imagery and creativity to help support expression and explore feelings.

Whether you are looking for a traditional talking therapy, or would like to try something more expressive, Sarah offers a safe and facilitating environment in which to deepen self-awareness and support potential for change, growth, and well being. Sarah is a registered member of the British Association for Art Therapists (BAAT) and issues she specialises in include anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, bereavement and eating disorders.

Helen Finan

Helen Finan is an experienced counsellor working in and around the Tonbridge, Kent area. Helen works with a variety of people who, for diverse reasons, have found life challenging, stressful of heart-breaking. Helen has a master’s degree in counselling and psychotherapy and many years of experience in helping troubled people. You may wish to explore aspects of your life which do not make sense to you, whether they involve life-changing events or ways of thinking which have become unhelpful. Helen’s objective is that you are less anxious and distressed because you have engaged in the process of talking and understanding yourself better.

Helen uses an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy, specialising in anxiety, depression, bereavement, and loneliness.

Jasmine De Roberto

Jasmine De Roberto is an experienced, empathic and sensitive Cognitive Behavioural therapist with post-graduate level training in both low and high-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions for mild, moderate and severe common mental health difficulties. Jasmine also holds a First Class degree in Counselling and Mentoring.

Jasmine is a dynamic and adaptable therapist with experience providing psychological therapy in a range of formats including face to face, over the telephone or online (including video sessions) within NHS Primary Care, corporate emotional wellbeing services and online digital providers.

Jasmine’s approach to supporting people is collaborative, explorative, understanding and practical. She is passionate about providing a dedicated and reflective space to helping people navigate their difficulties whilst equipping them with effective tools and techniques which are evidence-based and endorsed by NICE guidance. Jasmine enjoys providing a positive experience of therapy where your active participation in the process is encouraged and supportive.

Shital Kumar

Shital completed her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology at Roehampton University in 2009 and is a qualified Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Shital uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Psychodynamic therapy to inform her practice. Shital works with issues such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Low self esteem, Panic, General Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Relationship issues and work related stress.
