Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can be incredibly rewarding when you find yourself stuck in the same behavioural and physical patterns, which can be noticeable during times of isolation. Talking therapies and counselling can help for those who are struggling with mental health issues, as well as couples therapy for those who are feeling a strain on their relationship. We are currently offering free one-to-one therapy sessions every Wednesday morning.
Exercise and meditation have been scientifically shown to reduce levels of anxiety, depression and stress. Our online yoga classes are affordable, accessible, and low impact for the body. Combining physical strength, flexibility and meditation, our online yoga classes aim to press a refresh button for your mind and body.
