I practice reflexology to help people be as healthy and happy as they can be.
With expert manipulation of the reflexes on the feet reflexology is deeply relaxing and can be a powerful tool for healing. I have found reflexology particularly effective in alleviating migraines, hormone imbalances, infertility and sleep issues.
I have always believed in the value of balance to health, a varied diet, knowing yourself and your body and taking time out to do the things that make you happy. I also know as a mum of two children that finding the right balance is far from easy. Reflexology looks at the whole person and not merely the symptoms and after an initial assessment we will discuss a treatment plan detailing areas of focus and frequency of treatments.
Whether you are looking for pure relaxation or a chance to make some more radical lifestyle changes, Reflexology can support you on your journey.
I trained at the Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology and practice the original Ingham Method. I have also volunteered for a number of months at the Pickering Cancer Drop-in Centre and have experienced how the simple act of human touch can be incredibly comforting during such challenging times.
