    Jasmine De Roberto

    Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

I am an experienced, empathic and sensitive Cognitive Behavioural therapist with post-graduate level training in both low and high-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions for mild, moderate and severe common mental health difficulties. I also hold a First Class degree in Counselling and Mentoring.

I am a dynamic and adaptable therapist with experience providing psychological therapy in a range of formats including face to face, over the telephone or online (including video sessions) within NHS Primary Care, corporate emotional wellbeing services and online digital providers.

My approach to supporting people is collaborative, explorative, understanding and practical. I am passionate about providing a dedicated and reflective space to helping people navigate their difficulties whilst equipping them with effective tools and techniques which are evidence-based and endorsed by NICE guidance. I enjoy providing a positive experience of therapy where your active participation in the process is encouraged and supported.
