Kate has completed a Rock Doc Taping course in kinesiology taping and have practiced traditional taping methods too. During the past 3 years since qualifying as a sports therapist, Kate has worked with a semi-professional rugby team, providing care, creating rehabilitation plans and pitch side first aid. Kate has also worked treating a variety of patients and individuals using remedial massage, helping to ease the tensions of daily life, and helping restore balance to the body and mind.
