Sarah Jane Sellors
Psychotherapist and Counsellor
I offer psychotherapy and counselling services, and currently work in a number of different settings, including the NHS and MIND. I have an integrative approach to therapy, meaning that I am able to draw on a range of different counselling and psychotherapeutic theories, models, and techniques, allowing me to adapt my therapeutic style to suit your needs.
It can sometimes be helpful to reflect on issues and life challenges in a more creative, imaginative, and playful way, and if this is something you may be interested in, I am able to work with image and creativity to help support expression and explore feelings.
Whether you are looking for a traditional talking therapy, or would like to try something more expressive, I offer a safe and facilitating environment in which to deepen self-awareness and support potential for change, growth, and well being.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Art Therapists (BAAT) and issues I work with include anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, bereavement, and eating disorders.
