Chloe has been teaching pilates for 17 years, after training with The Pilates Institute. She loves Pilates as she believes that a strong core and good posture are a great base for both daily life and many other fitness disciplines. She trained in Pilates following a nasty leg injury and has continued to practice ever since.
Pilates is a great class for both strength and flexibility, and Chloe aims for your class to provide a welcome one hour pause from the stress of daily life.
Participants often report that they leave the class feeling taller and generally calmer.
