I am Yoga Academy qualified and Yoga Alliance International registered. I enjoy sharing my yoga with all people of any age and ability, with the aim that I teach through gentle Yin and dynamic Yang to bring both physical and mental wellbeing and provide a pause in the busyness that is life. Many come to the mat to simply find a pause in life, others needing a practice that will help historical discomfort such as lower back pain.
My hope is that I might help you on in your journey and help you realise the potential benefits that yoga brings to our lives.
