You may be dealing with a recent bereavement, having relationship difficulties, suffering from depression, dealing with low self-esteem, or maybe you can’t pinpoint what’s brought about your stress and anxiety, feeling helpless or stuck. That’s ok, it’s alright not to have the answers or to find it difficult to make sense of emotions you are experiencing, yet having a trusting and safe environment, may be the right place for you, to share, talk through and explore what’s troubling you. Counselling helps you take an honest look at your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, learn more about yourself and take control and responsibility for bringing about lasting positive change.

I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor, holding an advanced professional diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling as well hypnotherapy. I am a registered member of British Association of counsellors and psychotherapists (BACP), adhering to their ethical guidelines for good practice as well as the National Counselling and Hypnotherapy societies.
I have also attended continuous professional development courses on Overcoming Procrastination, Treating OCD, Mindfulness for Anxiety and Depression, Personality and Personality Disorders and working with adolescents and couples. My training included a year placement with Place2Be, a children’s counselling charity, as volunteer play therapist working with children 7-11 years old.
