Therapy can help address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress or abuse, as well as relationship, family and self-esteem problems.
In addition to my 4 year Postgraduate Diploma in TA (Transactional Analysis) Practice, I have trained in and incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) in my sessions.
I specialise in issues relating to sports performance and the performing arts and have extensive professional experience in both fields.
