My yoga journey began in Hong Kong as a way to improve my fitness and flexibility, not knowing how it would transform and radiate into all aspects of my life. Through regular practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) I learned self awareness, discipline, as well as gratitude for my body in this frantic world.
I received my certification from the International Yoga Academy (IYA) by completing the 200 Hour Teacher Training and a further 200 Hours in Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Master Yogananth Andiappan.
My classes are based on Hatha yoga, the practice of physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation to balance body and mind towards greater harmony. By creating space in the body and mind, I hope you will enjoy the many gifts that yoga can bring.
